Returns Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. In the event goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a satisfactory remedy.
Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to keep all items advertised in stock at all times. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone of the expected delivery time.

Urgent Saturday morning delivery - $14.00 ( NZ Courier Post)
Overseas delivery prices are dependant on weight and destination, and you will be charged the exact amount the Post Office charges us. Please refer to the chart below for an indication of postal charges.

Customs
Requirements
New
Zealand law requires us to attach custom documentation to all international
packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost.
As we have no control over any Customs or import charges levied or items
which may not be allowed in other countries, once the package reaches it's
destination, these additional charges or matters are the recipient's responsibility.
